Silver Springs Senior Sanctuaries are a first focus of the Silver Swann Group, a forward-looking senior-housing developer focused on the creation of regenerative real estate. Silver Springs will help meet a pressing need for housing seniors in affordable, community-oriented homes, while also planning for every stage of the resident’s life as they progress through the aging process. The majority of seniors today wish to “age in place,” remaining in their homes for as long as possible. Yet most seniors also require at least minimal assistance, with many also needing 24/7 monitoring and care.
Silver Swann Group, beginning with its flagship development, The Silver Springs Senior Living Sanctuary in Southern California is specifically designed to allow residents to age in place in communities that support them. This includes multiple stages of housing and support, beginning with Active Living for those 55+, transitioning into the Supported Lifestyle phase when needed, then into Assisted Care and finally Skilled Nursing.
Silver Springs will be developed in phases, initially concentrating on the efficient construction of its eco-friendly main single-family home retirement village. The homes will be built in various sizes and configurations, featuring environmentally responsible construction, energy-efficient design and a high level of amenities. The construction of multifamily units will follow, again utilizing eco-friendly construction and energy-efficient design to offer comfortable, affordable living spaces for long term leasing.
Residents will find everything they could wish for at Silver Springs, whether that is complete independence or life among a community of nature- and animal-loving neighbors. Walking paths, a dog park, equestrian grounds, croquet, bocce ball, an amphitheater, yoga studios, wellness center, library, restaurants, a theater, retail and more will ensure there’s something for everyone, year-round.
For those in need of increased support, prepared meals will be available, and service from licensed healthcare professionals will include activities of daily living, bathing and medication management, etc. Housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and a full calendar of social events, activities, and entertainment will also be provided. All skilled nursing residents will also receive continuous care, supervision, and observation for any changes in physical, mental, emotional, and social functioning, in addition to transportation to and from doctors’ appointments and on-site non-emergency medical care when needed.

The Company’s founder, Melissa Swann, along with founding members Glenn Callahan, Richard Weismann and Carlo Huff, bring substantial backgrounds in the health and wellness industry, real estate development, banking and business development.
